We spent Christmas Eve with the Browns, had a yummy ham dinner, listened to the kids sing Christmas songs, opened presents from Ty's parents and exchanged sibling gifts. Ty's parents got Ty an itunes gift card and me a scripture marking pencils for my new scriptures, a family picture we took in July and a copy of "To the Rescue" the biography of President Monson SIGNED BY THE PROPHET!!!!
We stayed up late helping Santa get ready and slept over so that we could be there when the kids woke up. It has been a long time since I have gotten to be around little kids for Christmas morning. It brings all the magic back!

Suave Eli and his pileNext we headed up to Draper for the Skalla family Christmas brunch at my Aunt Shannons beautiful house. I love being at her house around Christmas it is always decorates so wonderfully!
Ty and I missed this picture but this is almost all of the Skalla cousins (missing my family and Uncle Pete's family ) with Grandma and Papa.
Brunch was super yummy and I am STILL craving my Aunt Gal's homemade cinnamon rolls YUM! Disregaurd the guy on the far right....he was wandering around the neighborhood and looked hungry so we let him in :p (love you uncle Bart :) )
After Brunch we went to Sandy to see the family on my mom's side. All of the cousins were there and it was a BLAST! It was especially fun to see JD's kids, Jaegan, Tyce, Asey and Reese from Arizona. I don't get to see them much and I miss them tons! Reese was especially a doll....she'd put some of her presents away in her parents room and brought them out to me one by one, sat on my lap and showed me then would run to the guest room to get another one.

We finally made it back to Provo for Ty and I to open our presents. It was so much fun being together and seeing the little hints that Ty picked up on when we were shopping.
I got him, a bunch of shirts, shorts, brown flip flops, a genius glove with a snow scraper inside, leather gloves lined with cashmere, a canvas photo from our wedding, D&G Light Blue after shave, and bubble bath. My brothers got him Bear Paw Slippers. Grama Joan got him an awesome BYU hoodie. Thanks to my Skalla grandparents and parents for a nice addition to our savings account <3
Ty got me a sparkly headband, hair flower, salt body scrub, a nail kit, a teddy bear named Small Fry, and a wallet from Nordstroms.
I got boots for every occasion from my mom (on the left), grandma joan (in the middle) and my brothers (on the right)
Mom and Dad also got me that cute Michael Kohrs coat and my new phone which i love!!!
Thank you everyone for such a wonderful Christmas! It was so much fun having so much family around that we could be with for the Holidays! We love you all!!!
